Important Tax Due Dates

Running a business is down right difficult.  Keeping track of important tax due dates shouldn't be.  Review these deadlines on a monthly or quarterly basis to keep track of what is due and when!

April 2020

  • April 1 - Florida tangible personal property tax return (Form DR-405), can be extended (learn more)
  • April 15 - Individual income tax return (Form 1040), can be extended (learn more)
  • April 15 - Trust income tax return (Form 1041), can be extended (learn more)
  • April 15 - Corporation income tax return (Form 1120), can be extended (learn more)
  • April 15 - First quarter estimated tax (Form 1040-ES)
  • April 15 - Last day to make an IRA contribution

 

May 2020

  • May 1 - Florida tangible personal property tax return extended due date (read more)
  • May 15 - Non-profit income tax return (Form 990), can be extended (learn more)
